They are back and rocking in Germany – the Spider Murphy Gang!
2025 the iconic bavarian rockers play three shows, one of them unplugged, and proof that rockmusic has no age. Hits like „Skandal im Sperrbezirk“ and „Schickeria“ already stormed the charts years ago and are now well known everywhere.
With their usual bavarian dialect the band sang their way into the hearts of their fans already back in the 80s and successfully! Small venues or big arena shows, the Spider Murphy Gang has seen it all.
Formed in 1977, they first performed as a house band at the „Memoland“ in Schwabing every Sunday. After they self-produced an LP and caught the attention of radio- an TV-host Georg Kostya, they had their breakthrough with their first contract and in 1980 also their first tour.

A lot has happened since then, they celebrated their 30th and also their 40th anniversary, released two gold stauts albums, „Skandal im Sperrbezirk“ went No.1 in three countries and even Chuck Berry named them „Covered Berry“ nex to names like the Beatles and Rolling Stones and honored them as representatives of Rock’n’Roll.
And there still is no ending in sight!
